Pr was hit with 155 mph. FEMA has done a good job in a horrible disaster. The islands power supply was a mess before the storm imagine what it was like after.

Beez, the infrastructure in Florida and Texas is much better. My house in Naples Florida direct hit had power back in two days. Pr power grid was weak at best before the storm.
