The New Year will mark the official start of recreational marijuana sales in California, and there are fears it could lead to more impaired driving. At @UCSanDiego, researchers are trying to help police detect whether a person is too high to drive. Barry Petersen reports:pic.twitter.com/8cXncFcgX8

There's nothing I know of that says a person is more likely to commit a crime after smoking weed. Unless inhaling a bag of Cheetos while plopped on the couch is a crime. Healthcare?? A non sequitur.

People on marijuana are extra careful when driving. So careful they will stop for a light a block ahead of it.

This is pure propaganda. Proof of cbs connection to big pharma & special interests. Wealthy people build private prisons & works w/ big pharma to pay off politicians to lock up people for minor drug possession charges. It's inhumane & pure evil

Generally weed makes you drive slower. However, alcohol makes you think you are invincible. I also think you may have selected the wrong age group to check this theory🤔

Are you this upset about the number of drunks perpetually on the road? Because that's a real thing, you know. Seriously, the weed-smoking drivers should be the least of your worries.

They always trot out these mis-leading stats whether it's marijuana or alcohol. That number refers to anyone involved in the crash, not just the driver and does NOT mean the so called impaired driver was at fault.

The Marijuana Industry needs to regulate it's products properly using THC percentage as their guidelines. Something like 1-15 or 20% THC categorized as recreational, 21% THC or above categorized as medicinal, or something to that effect. Y'all know what to do. Get it done.

And, I like the cannabis tea products but it's THC percentage is rather low. If a cannabis tea at 25% THC per tea bag were for sale, that is what I'd prefer to consume for medication. No skunk smoke smell, and the affects are desirable.
