          The thing is this was a NEW PROJECT possibly using existing infrastructure. Was it not tested properly? "Monday morning was the first time Amtrak trains used the new Point Defiance Bypass route. It was the culmination of a $181 million project that began in 2010." UNREAL!

          So sad and couldn't happen at a worse spot. No easy route out. Wetlands and land on either side. We need more major roads. Transportation nightmare...Only easy route to Tacoma and Seattle and major bases.
