What disaster? Regulations are our only defense against unscrupulous business practices. Unregulated, business has poisoned children, polluted our environment and stolen from the poor. We NEED regulations because the greedy are wanton PREDATORS!

What do you do? Construction? Do you have any idea what goes into the planning of a project? There's surveys, geology, noise studies, traffic impact studies, ancient burial studies. These all take time and are there for a reason. And then there's the architecture. Zoning &

building codes and regulations to adhere to in order to make the most of a site while not making a negative impact to a location and its surrounding area. Yes...this all takes time for a reason. You may not care for that reason, but they're there for benefit and protection.
