Mom was breastfeeding a toddler and refused to buckle the kid in and wait till they were in the air. Apparently she refused enough times to get taken off the plane.

Understand, the moment you get on an airplane, you are giving up several "rights" you have on the ground and giving authority to the flight crew. The woman was asking for the planes departure to wait, messing with the planned arrivals and departures.
