If you don't comply with the airline's safety instructions on what you have to do when preparing for takeoff, you shouldn't be surprised when the crew decides you are not joining them on the flight. Whole thing would have been avoided by feeding the kid before boarding the plane.

When people have a choice,
@SpiritAirlines will be no more. Who would choose to have such a heartless airline stay alive? Not me.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

An old proverb: "Failure to plan on your part does not make an emergency on my part." Question for you, miss 'Mother-of-the-year because I breastfeed' - why didn't you feed your baby BEFORE you boarded? Simple question really.

I agree with the Flight Attendant. The woman was asked to comply with safety regulations. This isn’t about breastfeeding or elderly parents. It is simply about compliance with safety procedures REQUIRED of flight attendants.
-
she's so naive with her request to delay the flight and probably reschedule the departure causing a queue on the roadway to finish what she could continue doing after the seatbelt sign had been switched off 10 min in the flight. We live in an era of astonishing stupidity.

I consider you to be overqualified to prepare & develop a contigency plan than delay/inconvene a whole planefil of people.

How about underqualified

I will be sure 2avoid this airline! We r planning take our autistic daughter on her 1st flight n vacation trip to Lego Land. Good 2 know this spirit isn't going to be "autistic friendly" if they get kicked off 4 a toddler crying before take off.

I don't know who the hell u think u r calling me ignorant u nimrod! I not only read the story but watched the video of her interview! She didn't refuse to buckle him in a seat. She has video of him buckled up n crying n that's when they told her to get off.
-
Do I agree with her asking for a few minutes to nurse him back yo sleep? No, I think she should have to do what time is given to everyone boarding n not special treatment. She only asked if she could, didn't refuse to buckle him. That's why he is in the video buckled n crying.
-
She DID buckle him up. Maybe I'm too ignorant being college educated and everything to not quickly point the finger at the mother.pic.twitter.com/UIgjYOtN6o

Over 2. Yes had to have a ticket and a seat. Should have gotten to the airport in enough time to feed him before boarding. Problem solved.
