So ppl with addiction issues should be denied the simple basics of food? Btw...the parents are tested, the kids need to eat....not able to understand that...someone pls explain this to me.

Read the actual article. Childless, able-bodied, who are then eligible to get state funded treatment. Not denied a thing, and actually people with kids are not impacted.

I agree, but with the current addiction problems we face there needs to be an aggressive multifaceted approach. Everyone wins when even a single drug addict regains his freedom.

Or rapid murder, depending on the case. People currently using cannabis for pain will switch to legal prescription opioids to keep their food stamps. More people will become addicted to them. More people will die. Kinder than starvation!

I used opiods for 18 years to dull chronic pain. Then I went on medical marijuana and have been able to get off pain pills
