It's not. And yes, net neutrality was put in place in 2015 BECAUSE companies, for years, have been trying to take control of the Internet for their own gain. They even sued the FCC because they wanted to get more money out of it. Not only that, but the Internet has changed (cont)

drastically in such a short amount of time. Technology moves at an incredible pace - in just the past two years, so much has changed. The big companies want to be able to harness that weakness in the system for themselves. Ajit Pai just wants to support Verizon and others.

He did formerly work with them, after all. There is some buddy-buddy work being done there - he's clearly one-sided on the issue, rather than looking out for the betterment of all consumers, companies, and small businesses.

Any time I see the MSM outlets, Twitter, and Facebook all in support of something, I get the feeling that it must be bad for the average citizen. We were just fine for two decades prior to Net Neutrality and will be just fine for the next two decades after it disappears
