        Airlines are still using 40 year old OS & 9pin dot matrix printers, that's why their ticketing systems always go down. Look at the printers at the gates. Every other industry has updated their OS & software except the airline industry

        The software vendor must be the same outfit who supplied the convoluted mess called the Phoenix Pay Sysrem to the Canadian Government..Good luck with getting tbat working properly.
