She was ready and waiting for the opportunity to use that response. Somebody gave it to her as soon as Trump said it. She doesn't have the smarts to think of it on her own. I find @PressSec offensive.

Now what did she lie about? ELIZABETH WARREN DID LIE ABOUT HER NATIVE AMERICAN HERITAGE. It is the Press Secretary's job to inform & yes, spin stories to benefit the POTUS image. Not just Sanders. ALL PRESS SECRETARYS SINCE THE BEGINNING OF PRESS SECRETARYS!

*secretaries*
-
Yes, yes, "secretaries". Thank you.
-
Elizabeth Warren didn't lie about being Native American, though. You're assuming she did because she's white. She met the 1/16th rule for Native American blood & received grant money based on that rule.

It's just weird how propaganda sticks with people. That was a lie created by Scott Brown during their MA senate race. And now our freaking POTUS and his secretary are regurgitating the lie as if established fact.

Whether Warren lied or not...to use THIS venue for such an attack shows stupidity, ignorance and unbelievable conduct unbecoming of a POTUS.
-
And did she lie, or was it family lore that's been passed down for generations. My family has great stories about our native heritage, but until I take the 23 and me test I have no way of knowing.

Uh, no,
@PressSec, that’s not what most people find offensive. That’s way, way down the list. That’s even below your willingness to lie and gaslight to advance your political career, which itself is way below the fact our president is a serial liar. -
What I find offensive is obstructionist hypocritical Dems! Hillary called me deplorable, Antisemite Obama showed disdain for Israel & Dems want to keep their sexual predators in Congress but lashed out to those on the right that are alleged & have no proof. I have a long list too

Did someone ask her about the Andrew Jackson portrait?
-
Do you mean the former President of the United States Andrew Jackson?
-
Yes that Andrew Jackson the leader of the Trail of tears. He signed the removal of all Indians from their native land and trump insulted the Native Veterans in front of his portrait.
-
I doubt seriously they put that much thought into it. I do like POTUS but someone seriously needs to take control at the White House & think about things just like what you're bringing up. It seems everyone is so afraid to get fired that they just aren't putting in any effort.
-
I think way too much gets read into things. We are still in the PC mindset, everybody looking for something to be offended by.
-
You know, to a very large degree, I agree with you but these people were at the White House to be honored for their heroism to the United States during wartime. In that aspect I can see where
@TallGirl6262 has a point. You are right though, a lot of people get offended easily. -
This is not about being easily offended. But you like trump sooooo.... Yeah. Easily offended my ass. Your White priviledge is showing. Cover it back up.
-
Their is no such thing as "white priviledge". That's a unicorn from a time long ago. It is a fairytale used to lure some folks to embrace the liberal narrative that all white people are bigots! Sad thing is, we were beyond this decades ago
