        Chuck is a Republican and Republicans want regulations for testing of these types of drugs to be rolled back. Essentially letting the public have the "freedom" to decide if they want to risk using these drugs. Irony?

        Worthless lawsuit...they will have to prove the company did this with prior knowledge of the dangers of the dye..i hve had that dye used on me, so on many millions others, no problem
