Not like this at all. Meat & potatoes diets with legumes & heavy dairy. Veggies were cooked cabbage, etc. They ate what is now considered

Terrible, but they were way healthier. They worked harder & played outside too. No video games or unnecessary exercise gadgets

Maybe it's time to return to what worked. Grains before Frankengrains were created in labs. Those seeds aren't at all what our grandparents
