        I'm guessing the issue is that she didn't notify the airline ahead of time and she didn't have a med cert. If she had notified SW before

        Pets in advance and possible paid extra. It was in her power to prevent this, not the other travelers, so she should be the one to get off.

        Legal issue. If she did have life threatening pet allergy, then telling airline means they r responsible if she dies. But she should have ID
