She's right. He is no peace officer! The training cops get on how to interact with people must really fucking suck!

Plus do you really need to be 'trained' to not beat ER Nurses?

Agreed. But if they had training there would be no more excuses and might be able to weed out the unhinged bullies earlier.

All of them need to be removed. There was no effort to stop the assault on the nurse. She was following policy, in compliance with HIPPA

Had she given them the blood, she could have lost her job and jailed for invasion of patient privacy.

Why not fired? As a RN, this is deeply troubling. The nurse did absolutely nothing wrong.

He should be fired. He was pissed because she wouldn't draw the mans blood. Fire him and get him off the force and the streets.

officer obviously broke the law and should be charged with assault. Anything less is obstruction of justice by Authorities.

All officers on a scene have a duty to protect all and intervene when a Iaw is broken. The 2nd officer could have intervened

So strange. Cops always seem to be in hospitals and appear to get along with staff. Especially, you know, nurses. #issues

It wouldn't surprise me if the thug had tried to get a little nookie off her in the past. And since he's nothing but a 🐷 he was told no.
