Officer suspended from the blood draw program? Really should be out of a job. Cops job is to follow the law, not attack innocent nurse

He's only suspended and can't do blood draws anymore? Does that mean this psycho's next assignment involves interacting with public & a gun?

Please stay on top of this story. Let us know if he's fired. Let us know if the FOP fight to let him keep his job. They're a Hate Group.

For shame!!! RN role is patient advocate. Unjustly assaulted and battered for doing her legal duty to protect patient unable to consent.

As RNs, we are legally obligated to protect patient info unless they're under arrest and/or a warrant is provided. That's courtesy of HIPAA.
