        I watched the Rita evacuation of Houston from Austin- lives lost & misery. I've 2 sons in Houston right now. Grateful for no evac decision.

        3. this storm but unless evacs of those neighborhoods was deemed dangerous three days ago it is inexcusable to say "we didn't know."

        I heard them 4 days predict exactly what happened. At least those on 1st floor or basement homes should have been evacuated days ago. Horrid

        He could have gone in groups of alphabet like A-F last names or by zip code every 4 hours or so. Stagger the evac. No excuse. Gov said to go
