Hi sweetheart hope you are okay it's really hard to look after someone with mental illness simply because it's not seen a broken leg people
-
want to help also many are still scared I hope you are in touch with a CMHT team they can listen to you and help if not there's the Carers
-
you can find your local number in the yellow pages and there's the Samaritans they can listen and maybe guide you to any other group that
-
helps to support carers if not speak to your GP as you need to be well yourself to support your family Unfortunately Mental health is the
-
Cinderella if the NHS so funding is low and the support has been cut drastically. Sorry I've gone on haven't I but I just wanted you to know
-
that you can get support you look after yourself and take care

It's a disgrace that Sinead & other posted aren't getting the help they need. Call the: MHA, APA, NASW or APAssoc.. or ur local MH Clinics.
