She didn't trim the wicks prior to lighting. Every candle has that instruction. EVERY time you light it, you ALWAYS trim the wick first!

I started trimming them when I too had a flame reach at least 5" high. I can imagine that a 3 wick candle cld b dangerous. Fraud or stupid.

It could very well happen. The part that is obviously fraudulent is the camera that is trained on her face. That's a little too much.

If there's footage from months ago, maybe it's a nanny cam? Has anyone pointed out the FAN!?? Major contributor & not candle cpny fault!
