Sounds like the parents feel guilty they didn't do more, HOWEVER, the schools DO have a role to play.

Her phone shld have been taken away. They point to cyber bullying on snapchat etc. Why was she on those things? Parents & school r 2 blame.

Agreed. I was severely bullied but the school couldnt do anything, so mom pulled me out and moved me to another. Take control, parents.
