Ridiculously intrusive. Continuous harassment and manipulation of women. Next you will be issued one each month you pass an unfertilized egg

Don't be dense. It's by request and those two aren't the same. It it helps a family grieve, what difference does it make to you?
-
BS. There is more to it than this. Using grievng families is cruel.

Very thoughtful.. loss of a family member is a loss and enabling the family to memoralize is good. Miscarriage is more than a memory

Those things aren't the same, at all. What an incredibly ignorant and insensitive statement to make toward parents who lose a child.
-
My wife & I sadly think of the 2 miscarriages she had. I dunno if a certificate would make any difference but if someone wants one, why not.
-
Right, if someone requests it, and it gives them a little peace, it's a good thing.

women who miscarry can experience immense emotional pain. This is part of the grieving process. Don't condemn.
-
I had a miscarriage and understand grieving-how exactly will a piece of paper help in that regard-this from the party of less gov't??
-
I'm sorry 4 ur loss. Lossing a baby at 18 weeks & being told no certificate b/c it wasn't a baby can hurt women

Who the hell came up with that? Must be moronic men. Seems quite cruel.
-
it's compassionate. Many woman who miscarry grieve and having acknowledgement of their loss helps heel. . . .
-
Yes I agree with that. Does this affect every miscarriage?
-
you get the certificate only if you ask. A mom who thinks the acknowledgement will help her in grieving can get it
-
That is helpful.
