No other business treats PAYING CUSTOMERS this way. Airlines have had far too much power and have abused people for far too long.

She didn't bring the stroller on board. She was gate checking it all when it happened. Unacceptable what he did & said. He nearly hit baby.

Disciplined with a warning? He should have been terminated. Not okay given the line of business he's in and that he put passengers at risk.
