@VictorKosha It should be required. How would anyone actually READ the Dec of Independence or Constitution unless it was on iPhone? -
Maybe a digital copy like many children will experience more of as they get older.

No one hand writes letters anymore, because everything is done on a computer or smartphone.

It takes time and care to hand write letters. Email/text will never replace that effort to show care. Quite the opposite
