It was the dive heard 'round the world. Track star @allysonfelix beat in a photo finish. Do you think it was fair?pic.twitter.com/950Vgww6dp

NO NO NO! THEY NEED TO CHANGE THAT UPPER BODY RULE UNLESS A PHOTO FINISH. NEXT 3rd PLACE WILL BE DIVING OVER THE LINE

Time we got over it. The rules have been there for ever. Let's stop being sore losers. We should feel free to do same

Change the rules if it's an issue. Gold medal to the smart player.

Absolutely not! Bad precedent. A fall is one thing, but this was a deliberate action to gain unfair edge.

It's legal. But it's not good sportsmanship. Diving belongs in the pool. Sliding in belongs in baseball. RUNNING=RACE

        That's not a foot race. It's a jump.

: The basic requirement should be ur feet or a foot must be on the track! Leaning & diving are NOT the same.

yes, it's fair. But it wasn't a dive. She stumbled and fell. Still fair.
