@CBSNews @NanSishange what happens to the "victim" now?

So because she misidentified the wrong man, she’s no longer a victim despite being kidnapped and gang raped in the middle of the night... but pick out the wrong man and none of that matters... okay.... good to know, let’s terrify victims from coming foreward some more! Fantastic!
-
she was never his victim. The End
-
But why is it all on her, not the state that didn’t conduct the trial properly. Eyewitnesses are not always correct and that’s a known fact. It’s human error. Why should she be punished for something that is scientifically proven to happen very often?
-
The anger is in the wrong direction. She should be kept out of it, the reality is, is that her identification in the lineup shouldn’t have been given so much weight because of factors which could have clouded her judgment. This again is the states fault. Not hers.
-
You like so many others have immediately pointed the finger at the victim which is wrong, and not who’s the blame not even Darryl Pinkins blames her and blames the state.. but society does love victim blaming... so it fits
-
Right now darling... The victim isn't the lady. It's this fellow who has lost all that time of his life. Simple. Let's not lose focus.

guys, there's a huge possibility the victim was actually raped but by a different guy...
-
That.. has nothing to do with the fact that this man wrongfully served 25 years behind bars
