It’s a VIRUS. it’s airborne. It can travel on the wind a certain distance. Which is why everyone needs to be exposed. The only cure for a virus is your immune system. Hiding doesn’t make it go away.

Perhaps his mother realized the public needed to feel her horror of not knowing if her child wld die in order to take it seriously-& why SHE chose to record & share it. Hopefully more will learn from it rather than just making disingenuous comments abt integrity.

They were all sheltering in place. I don't know the specifics (the story doesn't go into why she wasn't working), but it seems that she was home since March 12. But, you bring up a good point: the families of healthcare workers are at high risk too.
