Don’t trespass then resist arrest..... yes, it’s that simple!

or sell cigarettes in NY, or be a 10 yr old in the park in Ohio, or be in Chicago and get shot in the back, I guess it's not always "that simple"

Is this “serving” or “protecting”? It’s always hard to tell.
-
I think it's "tenderizing."

The last line says the police are not going to investigate the event unless the mother brings charges. The officer is filmed beating a young woman of color held on the ground, the video goes national, and they say they are not going to investigate unless...WTF?
-
"Police said they are not investigating the officer's actions, however, that could change if the mother decides to file a formal complaint, CBS Miami reports. "
-
I don’t know why color is important here I can link you hundreds of videos of cops hitting white people
-
It's about conducting an investigation of activity. It's not an argument about color.

typical, disobey the law, disobey police officer, resist arrest and then claim to be a victim. This has to stop, quit making excuses for people that break the law

I believe there is a lot more to the story.

So you think police is teaching her a "lesson", that government paid police officers are right to hit a child after she is arrested and lying on the ground with no way to do anything? In my mind thats wrong no matter what she did. Period.

Does Linda actually believe or does Linda just "want to believe" in order to affirm her already pre existing world views & refuse to confront the reality that police regularly abuse/ break the law dealing with Black Americans? Find out on next week's episode of DragonBall Z!pic.twitter.com/OAV5HG4GND

Thanks ms. Linda as long as you appreciated some of my efforts with that one!

I couldn't read her bio because after I said thanks to her she blocked me
. Go figure, I made fun of her & she responded by calling my tweet cute but when I thanked her for it she then blocked me. Linda must be one of those extremely confused womenpic.twitter.com/ZBtLjGt8Oo
