I read your tweets. See if legal aid will help.

I actually have a layer that I paid for to clear the warrent. Can't help me with the VA.

Sorry to hear that, what about your county's mental health dept. Our government is supposed to backing this area of health with funds of late. You paid taxes and so you should receive help. It is their responsible to direct you to the right department. Best wishes.

Thanks but I am a walking dead man. This is why people go bizzirk in this countrythey could have taken care of this problem a long time ago. I appreciate your support. Thanks.

Almost 40 years ago? I don't understand, there is a statute of limitations on rape but not here?

I find it disgusting that a snitch would turn in anyone but to roll on a man that fought for that snitch to be free is just appalling and the judge should be ashamed as well.

On one hand I think it’s stupid he’s in trouble for a gun he bought 40 years ago but on the other hand the serial # was scratched off. I don’t own any guns but even I know that’s a huge no no.

After almost 40 years? If he had raped someone he would be saved by the statue of limitations. Something is really wrong with our laws but they shows what we value most.

Is this a joke or it actually happened? Bought a gun in 1980 and then punished for it after 38 years later? The judge, the jury, the lawyers, the media persons and a whole lot of staff involved, should be commended for their intellect.

Possession is the crime, it doesn't matter when he purchased it.
-
Thank you, Sir, for making it understandable. Its the ‘possession’ and not the, ‘purchase’ that made the punishment possible.
