Wasn’t he driving?

A 2001 Ford? In upstate New York? Even a properly licensed driver can’t overcome calcium chloride-rotted brake lines... That my guess as a professional auto tech.

How about we wait for all the evidence to be gathered before making any judgements? Did you not learn anything from the mess with
#JudgeKavanaugh? You'll ruin this guy's life without knowing all the facts because you "feel" he's guilty? -
Really? Do you know how fast you have to travel to kill 18 people in a vehicle after running a stop sign?
-
What you're doing is drawing a conclusion without having all the facts but basing them on your perceptions of the situation.

I am using common sense & the laws of physics. He could have rolled that vehicle to a much lower speed at impact if he was driving the proper speed & responded back at the warning sign, assuming the brakes even failed. Try looking at the entire area & the distances involved.
-
I'd prefer to wait for all the facts before making any assumptions.

One look at the gerry-rigged limo, with a wheelbase that makes it look like a semi truck, but without a semi's kingpin coupling and without the safety features of a semi (e.g. air brakes), makes me think these "cars" are not readily maneuverable and should not be on the roads.

Well, the improperly licensed driver is dead. So it should all fall on the Limo Service Company for using a limo that failed inspections. Clearly this company regularly does it, and finally a tragic accident occurred.

Seems clear, greed of the limo owner drove that vehicle! Defective limo used as desperate default when primary rental was deflective too. The driver was a victim too. A history of mechanical failings including brakes. No seat belts. Blunt force trauma of unsecured riders. Tragic!

So I guess the fact that he was driving a limo that shouldn’t have even been on the road or the fact that he was driving out of class. He’s not being targeted, he’s responsible !! 20 people died. This could’ve been prevented

And all this time I thought the person driving a vehicle was some how responsible for operating the vehicle in a safe manor, especially one carrying passengers in a commercial application. Silly me

HE. BLEW. A. STOP. SIGN. Really, at this point, the only way he's cleared is if it comes back the brakes went out.

IS she out of her fucking mind? He passed a STOP AHEAD warning sign. Then he missed a STOP sign. His speed was incredibly fast. He wasn't licensed to operate the vehicle.pic.twitter.com/P9kJ8kSjMu
