Rescue teams in New Bern, North Carolina, are working to save more than 150 people trapped in their homes from rising floodwaters amid Hurricane Florence. More than 200 people were rescued in the city overnight.

It’s incredible that after being witness to what last year’s hurricanes did to Houston and Puerto Rico, that people would make the choice to not evacuate. Therefore putting other’s lives in jeopardy when they need rescuing.

"They didn't evacuate because never experience an hurricane like this", this hurricane is nothing, they are lucky it went from 4 to category 2. 87 winds is nothing what they dont want is to experience 130 miles winds and higher.
