President @realDonaldTrump sent aid to Puerto Rico. The Puerto Rico government failed to distribute the aid. 3000 dead Puerto Rico own government is to blame.

And the water in plastic bottles sitting out in the sun would go bad really quickly, FEMA screw up perhaps. ?

Water doesn't really go bad even in bottles, just stars to taste weird, nothing a quick boil couldn't fix.

I’m sure people died of dehydration and dysentery. The government of Puerto Rico is to blame for not distributing aid properly.

Valid Question: why in God's name didn't the mayor/governor/those in charge IN Puerto Rico didn't distribute this? FEMA actually delivered this to the Island yet it was left to rot. The craziest explanation I heard was 'they were too busy helping people!'(??!) seriously??!!
