@ricardorossello
Sir, you are not the leader nor the voice that Puerto Rico needs to be propelled into a prosperous future. The chance was there multiple times for you to stand up to the president of the United States, for the citizens of Puerto Rico and your silence was a (1)

You’re an island. Your infrastructure was falling apart. Your hospitals were completely unprepared. Your electrical grid was in shambles. The massive corruption on your island was crippling. FEMA did more for PR than it did for any other hurricane damaged area. Shame on you.

Or he could have done his job and had infrastructure better on island. But hey, easier to blame Trump.

Because according to PR, Trump did nothing to help. Well take a look at these bottles of water they hid from their own people

@discover_PR People of Puerto Rico...it’s time you post a picture of every single person who died as a result of the hurricane and send it to trump so he can see the people instead of the statistics. -
How about a picture of the bottles of water that is NOW bad because the PR govt did not provide to the people of PR

You mean this one? Feast your eyes on a the failures of a local gvtpic.twitter.com/sldlhelErs

It’s very possible that they had no way to distribute these themselves due to impassible roads and no vehicles. The army/navy have ways but they weren’t there in the numbers needed.
-
After sitting in the hot sun, these would not be unsafe to drink.
-
I mean if you’re interested in a whole territory of corruption long before the hurricane... it doesn’t surprise me they’d withhold supplies from their own people in the territoryhttp://thehill.com/opinion/energy-environment/353506-puerto-rico-was-a-disaster-long-before-maria-ravaged-the-island …

I realize that they’re on shaky ground but even retired Lt. Gen. Honore’ was appalled at how the military was not being dispatched the way it should have been.
