First off, howd she get into HIS apartment? There are videos circulating of that apartment complex that show you cant use a key its NOT YOUR APARTMENT. The key hole will light up red and it wont let you in. So she had to break in. It's going to he a cover-up...

Her story has already changed kinfolk. First she said her key did not work and he answered the door and she shot him. Now she is saying she entered his unlocked apartment and it was dark and he ignored her verbal commands. Now we know why it took her three days to get arrested.

They were getting their stories straight. This is unbelievable. Pretty soon the police will be kicking our doors in on "suspicious behavior" because they saw a shadow in the window.

We have seen this in the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000s. In L.A. New York, Baltimore, Chicago, Newark, Detroit. Flagrant injustices are committed. Black folks get tired of it and riot, burn, loot, and hurt people. Then and only then, Do the authorities decides to take another look

In her own words "she stuck the key in the door". Right then she should've stopped because those electronic locks will send out a red light letting you know that you're key doesn't work and your in the wrong apartment...pic.twitter.com/kXednK0jrd

Was there any Intoxilyzer done, if not, why, and results. If drinking - how did she drive and park home? What was her reason for 'deadly force'? Just seeing a black man? All of the key/door/internal apartment differences unexplained. This ISN'T manslaughter -- it's MURDER.

They always find a way to let several hours pass before they test cops for BAC. Funny how consistently that is true. The rest of us would be tested right away.

Of course he didn’t follow her commands, she was illegally in his apartment. You don’t get to claim the cover of authority while breaking the law.

If she was on duty (“in authority”) why was she trying to get into her own apartment. The whole thing stinks.

Yeah, but I wanted to clarify my statement. LE have the authority of their position as sworn officers on duty or off, but there is no scenario where her entry was lawful. The question will be around intent and how it impacts potential charges.

She knew exactly what she was doing. She’s done this before. Innocent my ass. The family of the victim needs to sue her and the police department for all they can get. I know it doesn’t make up for the loss but it needs to stop now. Throw her ass in jail and lose the key.

How the hell do you walk into an apartment that’s not yours and not realize it unless your stoned off your ass. I smell a huge police coverup. It took over 24 hours to find out she is blaming the victim saying he didn’t listen to her commands. Wake up and stop the madness.

Who would obey commands from an intruder? What law says you have to obey an intruder in your own home? Even if the guy did see her (it was dark), lots of people imitate police officers when committing a crime.
