Nowhere in this clip was birth control ever mentioned.

they don't mention birth control by name, but the specific case they are talking about (which Cruz mentions at the beginning of the clip) concerned healthcare coverage of contraceptives, not abortion. You can read about it here https://www.cadc.uscourts.gov/internet/opinions.nsf/425C0AE29F10AFD785257E4B00767BF5/$file/13-5368.pdf …

Well that’s super misleading... was the case about birth control or actual miscarriage-inducing drugs? You cannot tell from that clip so the headline is misleading. This is what the right is talking about with bias. Don’t give them more fodder just to get clicks.

I agree with you, but fyi I google the case results and the case was about contraceptives. So, he sadly was talking about birth control

Watching these hearings, all I can think is that this man lacks all of the dignity, confidence, and wisdom of someone we would want to entrust our highest court.

Well then vasectomies should be banned. Condoms should be banned. Can I add the woman behind “yawned”. Was it because it took him so long to circle the answer?

Women’s choice NOT Kavanaugh’s. Kavanaugh might have a say if it happens to his daughter. But women’s bodies don’t belong to the government. WOMEN’S BODIES BELONG TO THEMSELVES. AMERICA IS NOT GELIAD !! NO CONFIRMATION FOR KAVANAUGH.

It's was not a ruling against women it was a ruling for the employer and their religious beliefs. If you need an abortion pay for yourself. I as a tax payer do not want to pay for it and they as an employer didn't want to be associated with the act of abortion.
