This is probably one of the most ignorant wastes of time, tax dollars and man power I've ever seen. With all the crises facing our country we're going to not only retry a woman but potentially send another nonviolent criminal to prison. Way to prioritize your time Texans. Dear God

All the problems in this state and this is what we're focused on. What a great waste of my tax dollars.
-
Not all they’re focused on, but it is what our pot stirring media are focused on. Any chance to elicit maximum squeals and shock. That profession’s old adage, “If it bleeds, it leads,” still rings true. News media has rarely been more than carnival barkers in cleaner clothes.

Did you just read the headline? Or actually read the facts of her case?

"The 43-year-old was on supervised release for tax fraud when she cast her ballot. In Texas, that's against the law." they're saying she already served her time but supervised release implies that she was still under a parole-type period. She violated a condition of her release.
-
Well it's a stupid condition and a waste of my tax dollars and her life to send her back to prison.
-
That's certainly your opinion. That being said, we can't just ignore laws we think are stupid and then pretend we are free from the consequences of that. We have to change the laws before we decide to act.
-
Does your observation about ignoring laws apply equally to Donald Trump & his entourage? More hypocrisy?
-
Im a Democrat, Dingus.
-
In my heritage the term Dingus is one of affection so thanks for that!
-
Dingus isn't really an insult. It just means you made me laugh by doing a foolish thing. It's like goofball.
