Does everyone forget he walked away from $7 million to become a free agent. Then turned down 2 offers because he wanted to be the starter & those 2 teams had starters already. He did this to himself.

Not to mention he sucks too lol I’m not saying he shouldn’t be in the nfl period but he also passed on the Broncos too
-
On top of that he's 30, his best season ever was in *2013*, hasn't played in 2 years, and brings an insane amount of unwanted media attention. Sounds like a lot of unneeded headaches for a 2nd-3rd string QB when so many others are available with much more upside & less drama

Why would anyone hire Colin Kaepernick? He sucks as a quarterback! His focus is not on the game! And he has a bad attitude! What benefit would anybody get by hiring Colin Kaepernick?

Trials move forward because they have merit. You haters remember that.pic.twitter.com/cvjxfvls4Q

I hope he wins that just add to more money the NFL will lose because of his stupidity and the the way the NFL handled it

Just scrolling these replies and looking at so, so many racists who don't even realize that they are racists. There is ZERO reasoning for people to be this hostile over this news

The nfl lost a lawsuit to trump before and he’s disrespectful for protesting police officers slaughtering innocent blacks ? What if Eric garner or philando was your family ?

Even if he wins the grievance, nothing will change. If he threw 1 interception, he would be benched permanently. No other team would pick him up after his contract expired.
-
I don’t think that the courts can make a team sign they’ll just probably have to pay him off

Right now? You're with Kap right now? Then explain to him that if he hadn't been a terrible QB, he'd be in the league.
-
I second that response. He was egotistical and far from being great. True QB's know how to preserve thru tough times. What did he do rebel and cry.. lol
-
Do you know how he played during his final season? 16 TDs and 4 Ints over 10 games. 59% completion rate. Lost games but defense was dead last in the NFL. Context matters people. Stop listening to hate speak and watch football games before repeating foolishness.
-
We used to watch football games. But now, thanks to Kap injecting his personal bullshit politics into a place it has no business being, we do not

What’s the red X for?

Very shrewd Mr. Hardy, but a significant difference. I don't at all mind a protest, in fact, our liberties encourage them. My only frustration is the timing of it. For 3 minutes we can be unified, together, as citizens of this land, showing respect to those who have fallen.
-
I stood for thousands of Anthems for many countries with my M1/Flag at present arms or holding the Old Glory. I did all of that, nearly died in Iraq, and still respect these men for exercising their right to desire improved treatment of all people here. It’s what I did it for.
