A federal court said this man couldn't post blueprints online for untraceable 3D-printed guns. Today, he started doing it anyway https://cbsn.ws/2Ltyff3 pic.twitter.com/jHAuvcSNhf

Cody is deliberately violating the federal court order by saying he didn't think it meant selling the plans. He knows the intent of court included not making plans public at all for free or for sale while reaching a decision. Must be dealt with immediately.

The federal court should base his sentence on how many he's sold. For every single one sold, he should get 30 days in the slammer..

I mean, while I like the idea of an extended stay lol I think the sales will probably way over 100.... which means 30 days will do just fine..

He’s not in violation of the court order. All the news headlines make it seem like it though. Generating their own chaos for article clicks.

No that’s a much more serious kind of chaos and I agree with you. This kind of chaos is just creating click bait by misrepresenting facts in order to stir up public sentiment. Bias in our news outlets is something every side should be against.
