Can you do that?

Yes, the justice department violated a court order giving her asylum status review. She was not to be deported until the following day, via court order, pending that investigation.
-
So they stopped the deportation so they can deport her tomorrow? That makes sense.
-
A day to complete the review, you know...JUDGE her case. It isn't the executive branch of government (the Justice Department or president) who decides these things. The rule of LAW makes perfect sense.

How much is it costing US taxpayers in order to rectify the reckless and punitive behavior of this President in order for this administration to right the wrongful and inhuman acts of separating children and infants from their parents. This is malfeasance. Hold POTUS accountable
-
I believe that the tax payers have a right to know how much it will cost to right this inhuman wrong perpetrated by trump aka want-to-be-dictator.

What if a conservative federal judge halts abortions? Would liberals celebrate such judicial activism?

What does one have to do with the other. Either something’s is against the law or it isn’t.

We are a government of three branches to create a balance of power. Trump does not "run" this country, he is not king. The woman was deported against a judge's order for review. Courts have always been reviewers of law since Marbury v. Madison in 1802. Democracy, not kings.
