This program, a path to citizenship, should be held up as a hallmark of what it is to be an American. These people are literally willing to put their lives in harm's way for the good of the nation to become members of said nation.

Doesn't the military have an Obligation to Disboey Unlawful and Treasonous commands? It would be great to see the miltiary courts levy charges and try the unlawful & treasonous Commander-In-Chief as well.

I agree with you on technical grounds. There was no president in 1775. Congress commissioned George Washington Commander-in-Chief. Constitution passed in1781, no president. 1783 Washington resigned his commission resumed private life. 1789 Congress Article 1 superior to president

Okay, but isn't military legal system separate from DOJ and Congress? What would trigger it to initiate a hearing on the matter? Has the Sitting President of America committed #Treason in the #HelsinkiSummit proclamations and/or poses #NationalSecurityThreat in not disclosing?

I'm not a lawyer. I have an opinion. The people elect the president. Only the people, through their representatives, can remove the President. Article 1 authorizes the House to indict (impeach) the President. Then the Senate, still the people, will determine removal or not.

DOJ brings lawsuits it in the name of the people of the United States. For example United States v. Nixon, 418 U.S. 683. "We the people" are not idle words. The Declaration of Independence is an indictment against King George 3rd in the name of the Colonists. See 10th Amendment.

Disgraceful! These brave men and women defend America and many fought for the U.S. with the understanding they had a path to citizenship! What's wrong with them Trump? You didn't serve America in Vietnam!

They signed up to serve our country with the promise of a pathway to citizenship. The sacrifice they made for our country, to be betrayed. This is a dark time in our history.

Rhetoric is important for the media. By softening concepts and terminology the media can manipulate their audience. It would be worrying if an immigrant were rejected from the military for being an immigrant, it’s completely appropriate for an illegal immigrant to be rejected
