pretty sure the rules need to be reevaluated then...

Exactly. Changing the rules to silence ppl you don't like worked for the Nazi's so why not the democrats. This guy is gross and disgusting but expose him and refute his nonsense, don't silence him like the people you SAY you hate.

How this man's psychotic hysterical lies, accusations, misogyny and racism aren't a violation of Twitter rules means different rules apply to him. Can't wait for the parents from Sandy Hook to take all his money.

Clear violation of the First Amendment! Hold strong to our Second Amendment! It’s the only one we have left and it’s slipping!!!
-
No it’s not-Did no one pay attention in Civics class? The first amendment is between the government and the people, not private corporations. AND if you cheer for the homophobe baker, how do you not defend the right of a company to boot people who violate their terms of service?
-
The only difference is a small town baker doesn’t have more combined wealth then most countries and control a media monopoly,if there were only 5 bakers in the US I would suspect the view would much different. It’s much easier to drive up the street for a cake then build a google
-
It doesn't matter. The first amendment doesn't apply to private companies, so they can boot trash like Alex Jones if they want to.
-
Of course it does to unique services like these! Don’t believe in Net Neutrality, huh! Guess you don’t like freedom of speech if you don’t like what is being said! So who will decide, Putin? That is how it works there & you like it, huh! Hope your voice doesn’t become unpopular!
-
This has nothing to do with net neutrality or the first amendment. Whataver happened to private companies doing whatever they want without government interference? Only applies when you like it huh?
-
So arguing both sides are we?
-
You are totally arguing both sides. You want Alex Jones left alone but you also want companies to make their own decisions? Which is it? What is good for the baker and the candlestick maker is also good for larger corporations. That is how freedom works.

Maybe Twitter can explain this concept to Jones because he seems to think he’s being censored.
