This is beyond tragic, absolutely terrible. I see people asking why she didn't do anything to become a citizen. I wonder if anyone realizes the cost of the process? I watched a doctor go through it and it was a financial strap on him. Imagine not having the wherewithal..

Yeah, cause serving the country wasn't enough

Also, I wonder how you feel about trump taking "personal responsibility" for all the crap he's done.

Popular vote means everything. Yes, our founding fathers anticipated a disaster like Trump. That's why there's a SC investigating and soon, Trump will be made to take personal responsibility for his many, many crimes. Have a good evening.

PIGS will be PIGS (People for Intrusive Government Services). They do no good, just eat shit & bother people. And they pick on ppl who they should be giving medals to. This is just wrong, but Trump is gonna pull his shit till we stop him. Vote Them Out!

Proof our laws are subjective. The inconsistency is paramount to slavery. Why wasn't this woman a legal US citizen if married to a US citizen? ...and a Marine no doubt.
-
Immigration only works that way on TV. Marriage has no legal impact on citizenship, visa status, or deportations. For decades before Trump, the government didn't deport spouses by policy, but it was never law.
-
Had to explain this to my mom last night. She was horrified. We’ve relied on tradition in lieu of law for far too long, and now it’s gotten us here.

This administration is doing it's best to inflict as much pain on people they are prejudiced against for no reason but to watch them suffer.
-
Actually he knows what he is doing. He is using fearmongering to eneegize his bas and use these people to achieve political objectives. Sad thing Congress could fix it but they are doing same thing.

Absolutely spot on!!

Let’s see, husband voted for 45 because he didn’t think 45’s policies would affect him personally...ok if they screw other people as long as they didn’t impact him...now he’s paying the ultimate price for his uninformed decision and wants sympathy...WOW
-
You are so right. So long as it didn't impact him, he didn't care. That's a really messed up attitude. He was willing to take the chance of losing his wife? Makes you wonder if he really even cares about her.
-
Of course he does. He simply was so confused about what inmigration is. He never thought good people could be deported too.
-
That's the problem with us all, no one really understands anything and no one really cares about anything because we think that nothing applies to us, and somehow when it happens to us we act appall.
-
Everything this Administration does, applies to me. I understand that their only policies are racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, far right, white evangelical "Christian" protections at the expense of everyone else. They showed us their position from the start, no excuses.
-
Yep... he's Racist Sexist Homophobic Xenophobic Far right And yet 61,000,000 people decided that was better than putting Hillary in charge Well cupcake, you only have 2,359 more days with
@realDonaldTrump as your PRESIDENT, chin up -
Maybe not after this morning. Trump admitted to the Trump Tower meeting.
-
ROFLMAO... ya'll just come up with a brand new "SMOKING GUN" about every three weeks. It's always THE ONE that's gonna get him impeached, right? He ain't going nowhere sweetpea. ...AND.... Even if he DID get impeached, it's better than having Hillary anywhere near the WH
