I work for Walmart. When I was hired as full time, I was told that I had 4 points. I was then told that if I use those 4 points (calling out sick, being in hospital, etc) I would be terminated. I was told Walmart didn’t care if I was hospitalized, sick with a dr note. Terminated.

Comcast in Battle Creek, MI has a 8 month pregnant female tech doing industrial installs. The owner had to refuse her service because he couldn't stand by and watch her risk her health and the baby's by crawling into his attic that was 140 F.
