Ya didn’t even read it. Rock a fan 365 nights a year. Need the white noise and the cool breeze

Same. Actually had to listen to a fan noise on Spotify once while away from home.

The only problem I've ever had with sleeping with a fan on is that I can't sleep without a fan on unless it's about 65 degrees and all of my windows are letting in a steady stream of air. It's kind of addictive.

It’s preferable to staying awake stifling. I’ve slept with one running every night for over 20 years. Aim it at your feet, cooler feet keeps you comfortable. Keep it away from your face.

A bunch of crap. I sleep with a fan in the window in the dead of winter. Have a cold about once every five years. That seems definitive.

This is the silliest effing thing I've ever read. I've slept with a ceiling fan going full blast for 30 years. I can't sleep without air moving.

I’ve slept with a fan directly on me every night for 40+ years. Not one issue. Ever.

I find it interesting that the "alarmists" mad n o differentiation between a ceiling fan - which blows air directly on you and into your mouth, and a regular fan - that circulates air around the room. That is why I don't put much faith in articles like this.

I don't ever sleep without my faithful wind tunnel fan on high, I even take it with me when I travel. No fan no sleep.

The heat wave in England has driven the reporters nuts over there. Just try and stop me from using one when the a/c doesn’t kick in. Dry nose can be cured, spray some saline up there you’ll be good as new.

In other words if you are part of the vast majority of people without dry nasal passages and allergies, don’t worry about a fan. And who the heck has AC set below 68F? That’s like saying don’t stick your hand in an oven.
