I hope he sues restaurant for pain and suffering. PTSD. Loss of companionship and sexual ability. No call for that sort of violence. Hope he takes them to the cleaners.
-
I believe he was arrested. It is a crime to put your hands on another person in a sexual offensive manner. Sexual assault.

Good job he needs an ass whipping, more young ladies need to kick their ass especially if your in a public area because if someone like me is sitting there I'm going to kick his ass also. I have a daughter and I love seeing this video.

The power of working lady...touch me next time in a bad way and will show you that I'm not as soft as you think...stupidity of men without vision.

Lucky for her he didn’t retaliate. Hope he sues her.
-
For what, for defending herself? Only in a certain country can a person assault another and then claim to be the victim in the situation.

-
That was assault. Risky with a man as he could have seriously hurt her. Not smart.
-
I seriously doubt he expected her to throw him down. It wasn’t smart of him to think it’s acceptable to sexually assault a woman. Keep your damn hands to yourself and nobody will get hurt, let alone sued.
-
She is lucky he was a nice.
-
A nice? He was lucky she didn’t do more and kick him in the nutsack. Again, you’re missing the point: the fact that HE touched her without PERMISSION and started walking away. This debate is like when someone breaks into a house to steal, then wants to sue the homeowner.
