HSPD-12, signed into law in 2010. Has nothing to do with their immigration status. They can’t pass a background check, as is required by EVERYONE in the military. Under the FOIA he can get his investigation information.

This man passed the background check, so now what is the excuse?
-
He passed his credit check and his WW check for enlistment , not his Clearance Investigation which takes 12-24 months. Hence enlisted in 2016, and unfavorable background check came back in 2018.

Where is that stated? I would love to see that article
-
The process isn’t a secret.

How's the screening process of CBS News?! If they can't confirm my background, I still get a salary, retirement & a corner desk?

It wasn't necessarily personal, but it was more about the betterment of the country and a majority class rule. That system don't work anymore, just like the idea of free market trade/capitalism. We are no long Yankee traders and that system has become antiquated.

Funny he would say that, this isn't his home. We're full, he can go back to where he came from.
