Tase/maze/hitting/shooting IS NOT meant to be punishment for not following directions. It is only to stop an immediate danger. Get backup and forcefully cuff suspect while covering. Backup was there second after this pantspisser tased the poor man.

Police told him to stretch his legs "straight out." Police say he didn't comply. He says he did. https://www.facebook.com/100019434198312/videos/190038081653997/ …

They told him to cross his legs, he did. He complied fully.
-
Crossed and straight out -- they said straight out approximately 8 times. I think they wanted one leg over another with both of them extended, which he did not do.
-
They were conflicting instructions. I heard crossed, I would have done what he did. It is insanity to defend the police here.
-
I think the police need to be more clear in their instructions and the man should've complied when they told him to stick his legs 'straight out.' IMHO, it was miscommunication on both sides.

This is how they do it, and officers are trained to say, “Stop resisting” whenever a suspect under arrest grimaces from a physically-over-extended arm an officer places them in, even when they’re willing. Officers are trained to embellish the outcries of pain as resistance...
-
even when their arm isn’t physically or remotely able to bend as the officer(s) feign the suspect’s arm ending normal motion is a deliberate resistance. This widely abused tactic is unnecessarily abused to entangle innocent people in the US Justice System wrongly.

Well I’m not shocked at police response - I am appalled
by it. The cops and their kids should be tased. Maybe “do unto others” will build empathy -
Tase kids huh? Got us a real winner here folks.

Hey, situations are fluid on the ground. Sitting leads to hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are transmissible. Hemorrhoids, posed an existential threat to that officer. I'm sure the officer feared for his life.

Appalling abuse of power. This 'officer' should be arrested for assault.

Where are the videos of sitting white people being tased? The SC pool lady bit a cop and wasn't touched!
