Just wondering how would you shoot someone "running away" from you and it's "manslaughter"? It was deliberate. It was murder.
-
He’s right. Murder is a higher charge that carries more proof of intent. Manslaughter is easier to get a conviction, and will still put him behind bars for a very long time.

Why is skin color relevant,
@CBSNews -
Because that officer has a history with POC and should never have been hired
-
You could be right, I would have difficulty believing the officer hadn't considered that perspective before he acted.

Not disputing some of the charges BUT the Victim/Suspect would be alive today if he wasn't involved in a felony Drive By Shooting as well.

These bad cops are out here being judge and jury they give the good ones who try to uphold the law a bad reputation and no trust for any police officer he should've never been hired in the first place but you know the skin color

Any officer that shoots an unarmed man that is running away should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law

Don’t give me wrong, the officer deserves to be tried and convicted; no one should be shot at unless they present a danger. But I was just wondering, why did the victim and the passenger run? Seems like we don’t know the full story.

I don't believe he'll be convicted of anything. There will probably be a hung jury, a mistrial, or an acquittal. These guys frequently get away without any consequences.
