Why did he run? If you fear the police, running, evading them only makes it worse!

He saw something dark...a young black boy. He aimed his gun, fired at him and murdered him! What set this cop apart from other murderers.....nothing!

I bet a 100 bucks he’ll go free in the end.

Why did he run? Was he guilty of something? Why didn't he obey the officers commands? Why was he with these type of individuals? If you are innocent then you have no reason to run follow all commands and things will work out
-
I support law inforcement but why he ran is irrelevant. Shooting someone in the back while they are posing no threat to you is murder
-
He may not be a threat to the officer but he could have been a threat to the public by running into someones home taking someone hostage carjacking running into traffic ect ect ect FOLLOW COMMANDS IF YOUR INNOCENT the officer did his job

I agree

That officer should be punished to the full extent of the law! That was murder! Shooting someone in the back while they are running away is murder.

What should a cop do if a suspected drive by shooter is fleeing and possibly armed? I'm not sure if he should be the executioner, but I also think we're walking a fine line here. Didn't the suspect have weapons in the car and a clip in his pocket? Is what I'm saying racist?
-
I see what you are saying but some cops over react. He could have shot him in the legs and had him cuffed in seconds. But he over reacted and murdered him. The cop probably isn’t a bad guy but shouldn’t be a cop if he can’t react appropriately

Potentially armed drive by shooting suspects fleeing police might end up dead. I can live with that. Can you?
