I just realised I sent this reply at 10:30 and this boomer won't see it until tomorrow because he ate dinner at 3:15 and then was kissing his C-pap machine by 6:45. Maybe 7:20 if he had a cross to burn first. 7:30 if he needed lessons on his TV remote. Moron.
Why are you using a picture that was tsken completely out of context to help start this for a story? WTH. Listen to thus border agent:https://youtu.be/eGuSdXiFtLk
Just did my calculations It means the loss for a 2 Term presidency in $ is USD 90,408,960,000,000/- How much will it cost to build the Wall and why it has taken all this long. Immigration issues almost Consume every US Presidency and seems it never go away.
I think you mean, “Disturbing #FakeNewsMedia costs U.S. companies $43.6 million every minute. So...I guess you could help out with this problem.
No her mom had to put her down handcuffed and arrested...still traumatic to a 2 year old. Does anyone think the tweens and teens separated or locked up as alone minor. Who knows what happened to run, murder of family, gangs? They won't love the USA for it
Agree 100%
Maybe somebody should tell the president that every time that he does disturbing things it's costing American taxpayers corporations businesses in the workers the money that they need to survive on but the president is so rich and getting richer
Is this really a measurement we are now using to gauge human suffering?
Traumatizing little kids . #sad.
Obama was good for productivity : stability
Sounds like someone is pulling numbers out of their ass to justify study (and yes I did the article
)
How that f**#% that is relevant?
This would, if calculated out 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, equate to $22.916T annually. Considering US GDP is only $18.57T annually, something's off. If scaled back to 8 hour days, and 260 work days per year, that would still be $5.44T annually. About 23% of US GDP.
The article quotes the assertion one particularly bad news event can result in a $4.2B loss. Annualized, presuming we have (only) one piece of big bad news weekly (practically guaranteed under this admin), that'd still be $218.4B annually. Which would shave 1% off U.S. GDP.
This latter math seems more reasonable. I'm not sure how they got the per-minute loss rate, but it still seems off.
