The feds recent action increasing IR is a sign although the economy looks strong, they're looking at inflation coming soon. Being that the current state of the economy is not a product of 45 (insert cult 45 nonsense) we should be frightened for what the next fiscal year brings.

The Fed looks a little silly keeping interest rates at crisis levels 10 years after the crisis ended, but the next crisis will begin as they start to lift them. Debt levels are at or above where they were in 2007.

This is what happens when you have tech companies like Apple and Google all trying to put for their headquarters in the same neighborhood strictly for status reasons. Many local companies are going under because they can't afford to compete with Google on rent. Stupid dystopia.

When you buy a home you buying the neighborhood not the property. The mansion on the hood could go less then a 2bdrm apartment just cause it's in the hood
