        Too late DUMBO...SCOTUS already overturned the conviction...Cassius Marsellus Clay, Jr. (sic) also known as Muhammad Ali v. United States 403 U.S. 698 (1971) overturned the ruling in the 5th Circuit. Unanimous assent by 8 Justices (Marshall recused himself.)

        Slap in the face to the thousands who went in the thousands who died. He had another choice he could claim to be an anti-violence person who did not want to kill anyone and sign up to be a medic or someone else who did not have to carry a gun. He chose to go to jail
